As well as designing the information architecture for the TotalFlow website, my work with them also involved putting together a comprehensive social media strategy to help their team promote their services in the online and offline world. After a series of meetings and presentations, a final strategy was devised. As a result, the re-designed website included links to their team's blogs, Twitter feeds and Linkedin profiles, all of which were instigated by this project.
